A Michelin Guide star glistens, capturing the prestigious status of Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme’s restaurant Le Pur’ amid the comings and goings that Chef Jean-François Rouquette choreographs exquisitely. The inventiveness, youth and drive that define this team, its unfussy elegance and the fact that its members know everything there is to know about the dishes simply usher customers into a different universe.
The team is there to honour French gastronomy and Paris dining, the finest wines and champagnes, and, in particular, the restaurant’s patrons with utterly bespoke, eminently professional, yet affable and friendly, service.
The restaurant will be closed for summer from July 28 to August 28 2013.
